Our CEO, Mrs. Gauri Kanitkar is daughter in law of Mrs. Anjali Kanitkar and daughter of Sweet tongued Late Khauwale- Vasantarao Patankar and has been associated with Anuroop since her marriage in 1981. Initially she was full time bank employee and looked after Accounts and fiancé of Anuroop. Gradually she started helping Mrs. Anjali Kanitkar in running Marriage bureau. In the year 2000 she opted for voluntary retirement, and started full time working for Anuroop. She started networking and opened branches across Maharashtra. She has also worked as Family councellor at |
Muktangan De-addiction Centre and is certified Rational Emotive behaviour Therapy Of IPH, Thane and Pre-post marital Counselling Courses Councellor. She has participated in many Programmes for youth, Brides and Grooms, Parents of Brides and Grooms, Wives of Alcoholics and marriage enrichment Programmes in Maharashtra. Match making and Pre- and Post marital Counselling is her mission. |

Director Mahendra Kanitkar is a Multi-faceted personality. Being son of Mrs. Anjali Kanitkar he was groomed in the marriage Bureau environment. He has been Publisher of Anuroop magazine since inception. He is associated with many organizations including Muktangan De-addiction Centre, Regional Resource and Training Centre of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, to name the few. He has been trained in Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy, Life Skills, Stress management, Mental Health Counselling, Addiction Counselling at the national and international agencies. He has been faculty member at RRTC- WEST, National Institute of Social Defense, International Labour Organization etc. He is author of four books including "Lagna Pahave Tharvun". Mr. Mahendra Kanitkar is associated in organizing sensitization Programmes, Melavas, other Public functions and marital Counselling at Anuroop. |
